Use:

The commission will be for PERSONAL USE ONLY; you will not profit from it or use it commercially.You must credit and link back to me when sharing or using the commissioned work.Do not use the artwork as an NFT or to train AI. Don't trace, copy, or edit it.

Payment:

Payments will be through Vgen or, if based in Puerto Rico, ATH Movil. Only.

Refund:

Full refunds are only accepted if I haven't started the sketch yet.If the sketch has been started, only 50% will be refunded.If the commission is finished, no refund will be issued.

REVISIONS:

During the sketching process, you can request major changes to any aspect of the drawing, up to 3 revisions.Once I start rendering, major revisions will not be accepted.Minor adjustments can be requested.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:

It will take me between 1-3 weeks to complete the commission, depending on the complexity of the art.If your commission is time-sensitive and you would like me to finish it sooner or by a specific date, please let me know. (+50% of the final price.)The artwork will be delivered via Email as a PNG.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.You must credit and link back to me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

COMUNICATION:

Communication would be solely through Vgen or Instagram.Please maintain professional conduct and respond in a timely manner.
